Payment Terms and Conditions
We require 50% of the total professional fees at time of confirmation and the balance 50% of the total fee two weeks prior to the service we have been consulted to implement.
If it’s in regards to Sri Lanka as your destination for customized holidays the total payment will need to be made via USD $ into our Blueprint A2Z US $ account prior to your arrival in Paradise Island Sri Lanka at least one month prior in order for us to ensure we have personalized and customized your entire tour plans and more, so that it will be the most memorable experience you will ever have in your life. We always aim to please and exceed your expectations.
Please note we do not compromise on our quality standards and service level and that’s our promise to you.
Our payment terms and conditions are not subject to negotiations. Therefore if you are not comfortable then please do not contact us and waste our time and yours in trying to tussle with our terms and conditions.

Legal MOU and service contracts
When you confirm any service with Blueprint A2Z a mutually legally binding agreement / MOU will be signed with you to ensure all the terms and conditions discussed between us have been put in black and white on paper, which is our way of further ensuring your peace of mind when you have entrusted to work with and for you. The agreements signed will be legally binding both locally and globally, however will and can be executed only in the Democratic Republic of Sri Lanka.
